The technician who fixed my Sub Zero fridge that was making noise was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything to me, showed me where the problem was and how it was fixed. I was overwhelmed by the quality of the repair. I got what I paid for. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

The company was excellent, and the service technician was professional. I hired a service technician to perform the repair on my refrigerator that was over freezing. He explained the problem and provided a very fair rate for the repair. I admired his level of patience throughout the process. He just completed the job within an hour. It was a perfect repair. I would recommend his service.

Last week, I was able to work with this guy on the repair of my freezer that is not working. It was fairly quick and the quality of work was great. He was able to diagnose the appliance quickly and come up with a very inexpensive way to solve it. He took the time to explained and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommended!
