How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a translator looking for oppportunities to grow my business differently. In 1999, I noticed the opportunity offered by the web for small businesses with little-to-no advertising budget. I trained myself in design and search engine optimization, and started developing websites for small industrial clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been a business owner since 1989, created and managed 6 service companies on 4 continents. 28 years of international business experience give me a unique perspective on businesses and the internet. I approach the building of a website from a 360° perspective: I help my clients create the right message, the right visuals, and offer visitors the right incentives or information to turn them into leads.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I operate from Tucson, and most of my clients are in the area. My focus is local.
