How long have you been in business?
Paws n' Critters has been in business since 2009. We have been animal enthusiast for many years and have experience in all kinds of animals including exotics of which we have owned and cared for. All sitters are Pet CPR and First Aid certified. Owner is a PetTech Certified Instructor for teaching Pet CPR and First Aid classes.
What is your primary product or service?
Pet Sitting, Home Sitting and Dog Walking and Outings
Overnight services and some private boarding.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have owned multiple businesses over the years. It just made sense to start a business with my daughter in a field that we both love and understand! We have grown our business from the ground up. We started in 2009 and today, June 2015, we have over 500 active customers!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are family owned and operated. We currently do not hire any outside help and offer personalized services to the customers we have. Paws n' Critters feels that with staying small and servicing an exclusive amount of customers, we can offer them personalized service. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We service Tucson and the surrounding areas. In 2014, we expanded to the Tempe, Chandler and Mesa areas in the Phoenix market.

We accept cash and paypal all major credit cards. We do accept checks from established clients.

Tucson, Marana, Catalina and we do provide services in the Vail and Green Valley area (limited).
We also service Chandler, Tempe and Mesa in the Phoenix area.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours can vary. Usually pet sitting can start as early as 6am and the last visit can be as late as 10pm. We do offer overnights and private boarding.
