How long have you been in business?
The concept of this business started in 2003, but it wasn't until 2005 that we openened doors.
What is your primary product or service?
At first WiFi for apartments, but that concept spread to small business and hotels. Later our engineers developed a state-of-the-art VoIP system for office use, but found such great success that we also offer that as a service. Lastly, the partners were originally web developers dating back to 1998, so this is a service we also excel in.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
All the partners have been using computers since a young age. This is something we don't think about much as it just seemed natural.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service. Hands down, we offer the best customer service in our arena. We will be there for you whenever you call on us.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location and no plan for expansion. We are a local Tucson company and plan to stay that way.
