How long have you been in business?
We started our house cleaning service in January 2006.
What is your primary product or service?
House Cleaning, Maid service and Landscaping services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started independently cleaning homes on or about 1999. I was a single parent and didn't want to depend on government assistance. As the years went by, I got more and more references. In 2005, I decided to survey local cleaning businesses. I implemented the cleaning concept of flat rate service versus an hourly rate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a flat rate service. Our cleaning techniques, experience, cost and customer service is the difference between us and the competition. When we quote a customer a cost, that's the price. Our competition charges extra for cleaning items in the home that we include in our service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. Yes, we are looking forward to expanding in the near future to other cities in Arizona
